
Peer Mentor
The mentor has met with mentee(s) a minimum of twice per month in-person or via Zoom. In doing so, the mentor developed a positive, coaching relationship with the mentee(s), resulting in open discussions pertaining to work, personal and academic challenges. The mentor has reported these experiences to the program coordinator on a monthly basis via a brief Qualtrics form indicating topics of discussion and progress.
The mentor applied to the program, was interviewed by the program coordinator, and offered the position. Mentor also attended a kickoff meeting with program coordinator. Mentors met with mentee(s) a minimum of twice per month and submitted a monthly Qualtrics form to the program coordinator indicating topics of discussion and progress.
